Melody LaMontia Photography

Melody La Montia is a photo-based artist currently residing in Los Angeles, California. La Montia's photographs have been exhibitied both nationally and internationally including the Chicago Museum of Art, Vancouver Media Center, California University Art Museum, and the Royal Academy of Art. La Montia has been the recipient of numerous awards, grants, and honors, by Photo Life Magzine, Canadian Arts Council, Molson-Toronto Exhibit, University Art Museum CSULB, Irvine Fine Arts Center, Long Beach Arts Center, and the International Society of Women Photographers. La Montia received her B.F.A. from the Academy of Art College and her M.F.A. from California State University, Long Beach.

Melody La Montia owned and operated a full-service photography studio in Los Angeles for twenty years specializing in product, industrial, and corporate photography. Presently she is a professor of photography at Fullerton College, California.
